Assistant, Venture Fund

The Position

• Conduct financial modeling, valuation and return analysis
• Assist in market research, due diligence and other associated tasks for evaluation of investment opportunities
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations and reports
• Handle portfolio management and regular reporting for compliance purpose
• Perform any other duties supporting daily operations of Venture Fund as assigned by supervisors

The Candidate

• University student preferably majoring in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Science or related discipline
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Passionate in science, technology innovation and early-stage investment
• Detail-oriented, proactive and open-minded
• Able to work for around 2 days per week
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
