Assistant Manager, Administrative Services (Renovation Project)
The Position
- Manage all aspects of general administrative duties including office supplies, repair and maintenance, asset management and record-keeping to ensure smooth daily office operations
- Take the initiative on office renovation projects by collaborating with internal and external teams to develop detailed designs, prepare necessary tender documentation, and monitor the renovation process
- Improve utilization of office spaces such as storerooms, conference rooms, and common areas
- Handle the budget planning, cost control, and report generation as well as analyses
- Provide administrative support to for the staff movement including new hires and departures
- Supervise the service quality of various vendors related to office administration
- Streamline administrative processes and workflows to enhance efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned
The Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, Information Systems or other related disciplines or equivalent
- 5 years’ work experience, preferably in office administration, renovation and/or relocation in sizable organizations
- Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
- With end-to-end procurement contract administration experience is preferred
- Advanced users of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Strong sense of discipline, good time management, detail-minded and multitasking
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, organisational skills and being a good team player
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
