Assistant Manager, Co-development
The Position
- Programme Management: Monitor and manage the operations of philanthropy programmes targeted to support startups and sponsored by a financial institute and a Chinese Conglomerate respectively, engage in stakeholders’ management and communications, budget management and KPI tracking
- Co-development Partnership Development: Scope, develop and execute co-development programmes with partners such as corporates, incubators, limited partners locally and internationally to drive community-led co-creation / open innovation, quality startup pipelines and create success stories
- Event Planning and Execution: Assist in planning, managing, and executing community events, such as entrepreneurship competition, exploration tours, workshops, mixer events & demo day. Support on other related PR / Marketing activities to help build community
- PR and Marketing Activities Management: Manage PR and Marketing Activities under including creating marketing assets, engaging with marketing channels to promote our programmes and managing other logistical tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
The Candidate
- University graduate in Business, Science, Engineering or other related disciplines
- 5 years of working experience, preferably with prior experience in startup / partnership development and project management
- A proactive team player with a keen interest in supporting entrepreneurship and fostering community-led innovation within the startup landscape
- Strong analytical thinking and presentation skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
- Willingness to travel to Greater Bay Area / other areas if needed
