The Position

  • Foster a vibrant and connected HKSTP Startup Ecosystem by delivering high-quality and influential engagement activities among alumni, startups, and mentors
  • Promote HKSTP Startups Alumni Association (SAA) to the wider community leveraging internal and external resources and networks
  • Handle the end-to-end strategy and execution of startup community events, including brand positioning, content curation, and budgeting, to maximize influence and impact
  • Curate content and manage digital platforms including websites and social media for specific events and programmes
  • Inspire the team to achieve remarkable outcomes and make strategic, timely and decisive directions in a dynamic environment
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

 

The Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or other related disciplines or equivalent
  • 5 years of work experience, preferably in marketing and event management or community building within Innovation & Technology industry
  • Proven track record in project management, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen and thorough understanding of the latest marketing trends
  • Innovative, dynamic, and self-motivated in addressing challenges and achieving exceptional results
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with various internal business functions and stakeholders
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
