Assistant Manager, Community Enrichment (biotech focus)

The Position

  • Manage high-quality and influential engagement events and activities to foster a vibrant and engaged community among Science Park mentors, alumni and startups, from ideating, brand positioning, content curating, budgeting, promoting to delivering
  • Inspire the team to achieve remarkable outcomes and make strategic, timely and decisive directions in a dynamic environment
  • Promote HKSTP IncuBio Programme and portfolio companies to the wider community leveraging internal and external resources and networks
  • Curate content and manage digital platforms including websites and social media for specific events and programmes
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

 

The Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or other related field
  • 5 years work experience, preferably in marketing and event management within Life Science & Health industry
  • Strong business acumen and thorough understanding of the latest marketing trends
  • Innovative, dynamic, and self-motivated in addressing challenges and achieving exceptional results
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
