The Position

 

  • Assist in maintaining and implementing effective tender strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This includes supporting tender preparation, award processes and monitoring compliance with procurement policies.
  • Support Facility Management Office with good KPI target achievement 
  • Manage the existing and new contracts and agreements
  • Contractual advices on tendering and contract matters
  • Coordination and implementation of tender and quotation process
  • Assist in handling contractors’ payments, claims, appeals and final accounts
  • Identify opportunities to introduce technology to the procurement process for streamlining
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

 

The Candidate

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above preferably in Supply Chain, Quantity Surveying, Construction Economic Management, Business Admin. or equivalent
  • A minimum 5 years’ of work experience preferably in procurement, quantity surveying and facility management.
  • With experience of using E-Procurement system will be an advantage
  • Professional qualification of HKIS/ RICS or equivalent will be an advantage
  • Complete tasks with customer satisfaction, teamwork, preparedness and sense of urgency

  • Self-motivated, confident, creative and have strong desire to achieve excellence;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. 

  • Proficiency in PC application including Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
