The Position

 

  • Assist with the management of licensing-related matters and provide timely updates on license application and space management statuses for multiple Co-working Centres.
  • Monitor the admission process, ensuring efficient coordination of site visits, license agreement preparation, and move-in/move-out logistics.
  • Proactively liaise independently with internal and external stakeholders on licensing and centre operational matters.
  • Support budgeting, procurement, maintenance and repairs, contract administration, and other centre operations, ensuring timely submission of documentation in compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports and analyses.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to develop systems that streamline daily operations.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

The Candidate

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, Law, Language Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ of experience preferably in leasing operations, programme support, or administrative support.
  • Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered;
  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and disciplined with a systematic approach to work.
  • Excellent planning skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
