Assistant Manager, Programme Management (6-month Contract)

The Position

• Manage the operations of the early‑stage tech startup funding programmes
• Coordinate startup admission, milestone assessment, progress tracking, and funding disbursement
• Organize programme members’ activities including orientation, networking sessions, and demo days
• Conduct basic startup due diligence and milestone assessment to support funding decisions
• Streamline workflows and implement tools to improve programme efficiency and data accuracy
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management and stakeholders
• Contribute ideas to strengthen the Programme’s impact and enhance the startup support experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

The Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Innovation, Technology or related disciplines
• 5 years of working experience, preferably with prior experience in startup / innovation programme operations, or venture support
• Strong execution, multitasking, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical and detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Passionate about technology entrepreneurship and supporting early‑stage founders.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
