The position

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end annual salary review and variable payout cycle including but not limited to market intelligence, cost modeling, process administration, management reporting and HRBP coordination
  • Facilitate the annual headcount planning and staff cost budgeting cycle, while delivering staff cost forecasts throughout the year
  • Perform C&B market research and compensation survey participation by managing data submissions, job matching, and comparative analysis to benchmark market pay levels, policy practices and rewards trends
  • Maintain the data integrity in HR system, collaborate closely with the HRIS Manager and external vendors to drive process automation, system enhancements and troubleshooting
  • Work closely with HRBPs across employee lifecycle operations, such as onboarding tracking, probation and contract renewal, salary benchmarking and C&B/HRIS queries, etc.
  • Manage and execute the day-to-day HR shared services operations and workflow efficiency, ensuring high accuracy and compliance across new joiner data entry, employee record records, movement letters, and document archiving, etc.
  • Perform any other ad hoc assignments or projects as required

The Candidate

  • Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines
  • 6+ years of C&B or HRIS experience within a sizable organization
  • Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related statutory regulations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, strong numerical sense and analytical mindset
  • Proactive, accountable, and capable of working independently
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly complex Excel data handling and PowerPoint reporting
  • Comfortable in managing data administration with high accuracy and confidentiality, while staying adaptable when executing key HR projects
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
