The Paralegal will provide essential legal, research and administrative support to HKSTP’s Legal Team.  The role will focus on leasing and property‑related matters, rental recovery, repossession, litigation and coordination with both external law firms and internal stakeholders, while also assisting in general corporate and compliance work as required from time to time.

 

The Position

  • Provide support on legal and property‑related matters as required
  • Prepare demand letters and collaborate with leasing, operations, and finance teams on rental recovery and repossession matters
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external law firms to monitor legal proceedings and outcomes
  • Review and extract relevant information from leasing or licensing related documents
  • Conduct legal research and perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

The Candidate

  • Diploma or degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a paralegal or in a legal or property-related field
  • Prior experience in the litigation department of a law firm or as an in‑house paralegal supporting litigation, real estate, leasing, or general commercial matters will be considered as a definite advantage
  • Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
  • Strong communication, organizational and case management skills
  • bility to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong command of written English and Chinese, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in producing clear, accurate, and well‑structured legal documents and correspondence
