職責
- 接載公司職員及客人，文件派送及外勤等工作
- 負責車輛清潔工作、日常保養、辦理驗車、續牌及年檢等事宜
- 保持公司車輛清潔
- 記錄行車紀錄及整理每月油量
- 報告與車輛有關的任何事故和事件
- 執行其他由上司委派的工作
入職要求
- 中三或以上程度
- 具至少五年全職駕駛經驗，持有運輸署發出的私家車的有效香港駕駛執照並無不良記錄
- 能閲讀簡單中英文
- 需要願意協助辦公室行政工作
- 具責任感、勤奮、有禮貌、守時
The Position
- Provide driving services to staff members and guests and transporting company properties on business purposes
- Perform regular inspection for the company car ensuring safe vehicle operation condition
- Ensure the appropriate maintenance and cleaning of company car in cooperation with the administrative staff
- Maintain various records including driver’s usage and mileage records etc.
- Report any accidents and incidents related to driver, passenger(s) and the vehicle
- Handle other related duties as assigned
The Candidate
- Form 3 or above
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience on private vehicles with proven good record
- Conversational English and good command in Chinese
- Willing to assist in office administration duties
- Hard working, polite, reliable and punctual
