Finance Officer

The Position

• Support in the management of Policies and Procedures with regular updates
• Assist in the risk management and the review & reporting of the Corporate Risk Register
• Assist in preparing annual budget, rolling forecast and 10-year financial projection of the Corporation and perform financial analysis
• Assist in developing financial model and project evaluation of business cases
• Monitor capital expenditure budget and payment schedule of development projects
• Track monthly management reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), with financial and business analysis
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

The Candidate

• University graduate or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• Preferably with 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in audit, management accounting and financial analysis. Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Well-versed in computerized accounting system and reporting tools, experience in using SAP is a plus
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-minded, self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, willing to work under pressure
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
