Graduate Programme - Technology Leaders of Tomorrow (TLT)
Technology Leaders of Tomorrow is HKSTP’s 12-month flagship graduate programme, established in 2020. We welcome top-tier graduates with a Master's or PhD degree in a STEM field from anywhere in the world, who have less than 3 years full-time work experience and are eager to pursue a career in Research & Development (R&D) in the field of Innovation & Technology (I&T). Final-year university students are also welcome to apply.
Successful candidates will be recommended for a full-time R&D role at one of HKSTP's top partner companies. The programme offers an inspiring journey with unparalleled exposure to the Hong Kong’s largest I&T ecosystem.
Accommodation support will be available for non-local talents to help settled in Hong Kong (subject to availability).
