The HKSTP Global Talent Ignite Programme encourages overseas Hong Kong talents to RETURN and contribute to reinforcing the city's position as a leading global innovation and technology hub.

We welcome Hong Kong talents currently studying or working overseas to explore exclusive Research and Development (*R&D) job opportunities aligned with your expertise and career aspirations.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Hong Kong Permanent Residents or individuals with at least three cumulative years of residence, work, or study in Hong Kong

• Currently based overseas or have returned to Hong Kong for no more than 6 months

• Recent graduates in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or related disciplines, from QS Top 100 universities (2025) or accredited university graduates with minimum 3 years of R&D experience
  
  *R&D refers to the applied research and product development, engineering, commercialization / productization of technologies or services, innovation, design, technical support and technology management, etc.
