Manager, Business Operation and Programmes

The Position

• Lead the planning and execution of Go-to-Market strategies for solution applications
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and market best practices
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with Corporation’s vision
• Collaborate with different teams to collect requirements and feedback, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals
• Support digital transformation initiatives focused on operational automation
• Build and maintain strong collaboration relationships with various stakeholders both internally and externally
• Foster an open-minded approach to planning and implementing operational improvements
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management as needed
• Handle other ad hoc project as assigned

The Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other related discplines
• 8 years of experience, preferably with solid business operations and or project management in cross-team collaboration
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, demonstrating a fast-learning ability and adaptability to new challenges
• Familiarity with Go-to-Market planning and execution
• A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new projects and challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese including Mandarin
• Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager role
