Manager, Client Relations (AI & Data Business Growth)

The Position

• Develop and execute the strategies to grow High Performance Computing (HPC) platform subscription and accelerate AI-driven initiatives across industries
• Attract and build pipelines across corporates, startups, public sector, and academia for AI & Data ecosystem
• Engage prospective clients to understand business challenges, position HPC/AI solutions and convert opportunities into projects that drive adoption
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with internal teams, tech ventures, and vendors to ensure timely and successful outcomes
• Plan and deliver AI and Data ecosystem initiatives including workshops, meetups, hackathons, demo days, and training programmes that build capability and showcase success stories
• Forge and strengthen relationships with key ecosystem players, technology partners, and industry professionals to expand market reach and foster a vibrant AI & Data community
• Conduct AI & Data activities reporting and trend analysis
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned
   

The Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, data science, or a related field or equivalent
• 8 years of experience, preferably in solution sales, business development, account management, partnerships or consulting in technology, cloud, digital transformation or innovation sectors
• Proven track record in building pipelines, stakeholder engagement and/or partnership development
• Exposure to AI, cloud, data, SaaS, or technology solutions is an advantage (deep technical expertise is not required)
• Hands-on experience with reporting, CRM, and business intelligence tools for pipeline tracking and impact reporting
• Experience in organizing or supporting industry events is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered for Assistant Manager
