Manager, Corporate Facilities Management
The Position
- Act as site-in-charge for all operational and tenancy matters to ensure the highest standards of service, safety standard, crisis management and compliance with statutory requirements and codes of practice.
- Oversee facilities within the Science Park and/or Innopark portfolio, including office buildings, commercial spaces, high-tech manufacturing and logistics centers, laboratories, commercial venues, R&D industrial buildings, and future developments.
- Coordinate renovation and revamp programs, collaborating with stakeholders, project teams, technical teams, and service providers.
- Manage annual operating budgets, monitor monthly income and expenditure, coordinate tendering and contracts, and oversee the performance of contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Initiate and manage property smart/technology projects/vibrant campaigns, address sensitive events and community concerns, and adjust operations flexibly.
- Handle emergency tasks and non-office hour operations when necessary
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
The Candidate
- Degree holder preferably in Facilities and Property Management or any other related disciplines
- Holder of professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH, etc.) or eligible to hold the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Tenancy Services, Customer Services, facilities or property management of sizable infrastructures including commercial, lab and/or manufacturing-based properties; with 5 years’ supervisory experience a plus.
- Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
- Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
- Experience in Smart FM operating systems and Prop Tech solutions is an added advantage;
- Experience in handling march-in and march-out of tenancy units for new building and large-scale revamp is preferable;
- High proficiency in both written and verbal English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua. Proficient writing skills is highly preferred
