This appointee manages the online learning and training platform and support the leader to spreadhead other programmes/ initiatives to ensure delivery of consistent and fit-for-purpose training agenda to our early-stage start-ups.

The position

Deliver fit-for-purpose training through online learning and training platform to early-stage start-ups with the ultimate goal of supporting their business growth
Drive online platform usage through general marketing and specific promotion of content
Continuously refine the content and features in the online platform based on feedback from start-ups and stakeholders
Handle day-to-day operation of the online platform, including management and dissemination of user accounts to start-ups
Liaise with external vendor and internal team to drive enhancement development to ensure smooth delivery
Manage owner of other early-stage start-up training and service initiatives, and develop coordinated training and service agenda for early-stage start-ups
Provide oversight to delivery of other training and service initiatives
Ensure coordination, synergy and message-consistency across initiatives in delivery
Work closely and continuously with early-stage start-up programme manager to ensure fit of training/ services to start-ups’ needs, and alignment of delivery to development schedule of each start-up cohort
Own overall governance for both online training platform and other early-stage start-up training and service initiative with key stakeholders by tracking performance, driving improvements, and aligning stakeholders to maximize impact
Peform any other duties as assigned

The Candidate

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, human resource or other related disciplines
8 years of working experience preferably in learning and development gained from MNCs or consultancy firms
Proven experience and success in delivery of training to multiple groups of audience with different needs
Prior exposure in driving usage of online training, design of overall training agenda or demand-led ever-greening of training content
Knowledge of start-up development phases and acceleration means
A keen interest in supporting entrepreneurship and fostering innovation within the startup landscape
Uphold high standards of integrity, professionalism and ethical conduct.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese including Mandarin
Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
