Manager, Upskill Practice (with startups account management)

The Position

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategy and structured initiatives/programmes to upskill (co-)founders to pivot their ventures to a higher likelihood of long-term success 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high potential (fast growing) startups and identify their needs to drive their success
• Identify and engage key resources from internal and external to maximise the outcome for our startups
• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team to drive performance and growth
• Monitor progress of the startups and adjust the resources as needed to ensure successful outcome
• Perform any other duties as assigned

The Candidate

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or other related disciplines or equivalent
• 8 years working experience, preferably related to strategy development and fundraising
• Experience in administering programmes and grants from the Government sources is a plus
• Knowledge of the best practices of business incubation/business accelerators and development principles
• Strong inclination and understanding of Hong Kong’s innovation and technology development
• Prior experience in startup or technology field is an advantage
• Fluent in verbal communication, superior writing and presentation
• Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
• Higher edcuation or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
