Purpose of the Role

As part of HKSTP’s Talent Management team, we focus on enhancing employee engagement and fostering a culture of continuous learning within Hong Kong's innovation and technology (I&T) ecosystem.

We are looking for a Manager / Assistant Manager who is passionate about advancing Hong Kong’s I&T. This role will lead initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture, design effective learning programs, and drive employee engagement efforts, empowering diverse talent to thrive and contribute to HKSTP and the ecosystem.

 

The Position

  • Employee Engagement & Events:  Plan , organise and drive employee engagement events to foster a vibrant, agile, and positive workplace culture.
  • Promote Core Values: Champion HKSTP’s core values and corporate culture through various initiatives and communication channels.
  • Internal Communication: Facilitate effective internal communication to ensure alignment and engagement across all staff levels.
  • Learning & Development: Identify learning needs, design, deliver, and evaluate fit-for-purpose learning programmes in alignment with the HKSTP competence framework.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage the internal procurement process and external vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness in staff development initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with external vendors and stakeholders to drive and implement staff development initiatives.
  • Team Support: Support day-to-day administration and operational matters for the Talent Management team.
  • Other Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by management

 

The Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in learning and development, employee engagement, or talent management.
  • Able to collaborate and engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive staff development initiatives.
  • Experience in designing and delivering interactive training workshops.
  • High team spirits and strong interpersonal skills
  • Good public speaking skill with proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese and Putonghua
  • High standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
  • Strong passion for supporting talent development within the Innovation and Technology industry will be an advantage.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager level.
