Officer, Co-development
The Position
- Handle the administrative operations of philanthropy programmes targeted to support startups and sponsored by a financial institute and a Chinese Conglomerate
- Engage in stakeholders’ management and communications, budget management and KPI tracking
- Support the teams on executing co-development programmes with partners such as corporates, incubators, limited partners locally and internationally by handling tasks including programme operations, proposals preparation, KPI tracking and other administrative duties with an aim to create a more vibrant startup ecosystem
- Assist in managing and executing community events, such as entrepreneurship competition, exploration tours, workshops, mixer events & demo day etc.
- Execute PR and marketing activities including creating marketing assets, engaging with marketing channels to promote our programmes and managing other logistical tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
The Candidate
- University graduate in Business, Science, Engineering or other related disciplines
- Prior working experience in startup / partnership development and project management is preferred
- A proactive, detail-minded team player with a keen interest in supporting entrepreneurship and fostering innovation within the startup landscape
- Strong interpersonal and execution skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Willingness to travel to Greater Bay Area / other areas if needed
