Officer, Funding Management and TecONE (Part-Time)
The Position
- Assist in the overall administration of relevant funding and support programs, which includes handling application vetting, progress reports, change request reviews, reimbursement vetting, conducting interviews with applicant companies, verifying compliance with relevant application guidelines, and preparing statistical reports and presentation materials of funding events
- Drive technology companies and support them in applying for public funding schemes
- Perform service counter duties by advising technology companies on inquiries related to funding applications and disbursement via email, phone, or other appropriate means
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties (such as event support) assigned by the line manager as needed
The Candidate
- University graduate / undergradate in any discipline
- Experience in service centre, Government’s or NGO’s funding programmes would be an advantage
- Logical minded, sensitive with numbers; meticulous, proactive, well organized and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing etc
- Good oral and written communication skills in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English
- Fresh graduates / current undergraduates will also be considered
- Approximately working 3 days a week
