Officer, Operation Services
The Position
- Provide administrative and operation support to incubation programme such as licence preparation, move-in/out arrangement, office relocation and enquiries handling etc.
- Handle site visit/briefing session and introduce centre services to incubatees/tenants/potential customers.
- Review the operations policy/workflow/ by coordinating with different parties
- Provide monthly reporting and assist to update record for related policy, procedures and documentations
- Perform any other duties and ad-hoc project as assigned by supervisor
The Candidate
- Tertiary educated with 2-3 years of experience in programme support/public administration/Centre operation support.
- Attentive to details, organized, self-motivated with mature personality
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word processing
