Officer, Talent Programmes (Part-Time) (6-month contract)

We are seeking an Officer to support daily operations and contribute to our talent programmes, events, and Innovation & Technology (I&T) initiatives. This role will facilitate job matching services to connect HKSTP park companies with student job seekers and skilled I&T professionals.


This position offers an exciting opportunity to join Hong Kong's largest I&T ecosystem and play a key role in building a dynamic talent hub that attracts overseas talent.

 

The Position 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, CV matching, visa advisory services and onboarding support
  • Coordinate logistics for talent events and activities, such as virtual information sessions, engagement events and site visits etc
  • Develop and maintain partnership with overseas universities and park companies
  • Provide administrative support for team projects and initiatives
  • Educate stakeholders on best hiring and interview best practices
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as required


The Candidate 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline 
  • Experience in recruiting for fast-growing organizations, along with hands-on experience in work visa applications and pre-boarding activities, is an advantage
  • Self-motivated team player with proactive attitude and passion for talent development
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong multitasking capabilities
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
