Officer, Talent Programmes (Part-time)

As part of the growth of the Talent Initiatives team, the Officer will support the team’s daily operations and contribute to our talent programmes, talent events and I&T activities. He/she will work closely with the team to place young talent of diverse backgrounds and experiences into job and internship opportunities at HKSTP’s partner companies.The goal is to inspire young talent to join Hong Kong’s innovation & technology (I&T) ecosystem – and help build Hong Kong into a global I&T talent hub that draws Hong Kong, Mainland and overseas I&T talent.

The Position       

• Programme & Event Management
  Collaborate with internal teams, partner companies, universities, and educational institutions to plan, execute, and deliver end-to-end talent programs and recruitment events
• Content & Promotion
  Create engaging social media posts, design promotional materials, and create compelling content to engage HKSTP park companies and prospective talents
• Logistics & Administration
  Provide administrative support for various team projects and initiatives, including but not limited to recruitment activities and talent events
• Operations & Budgeting
  Assist on procurement processes, track programmes expenses, and maintain accurate administrative records
• Ad Hoc Duties
  Support team goals by carrying out additional tasks assigned by supervisors as needed

The Candidate   

• University graduate in any discipline 
• Experience in youth talent programmes and/or programme management
• Proficient in Microsoft Offices ; knowledge of content creation and social media is an added advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• A good team player and quick learner with positive can-do attitude
• The successful candidate will be required to perform duties on a regular basis from Monday to Friday each week, with approximately 3-4 days per week
• Special work arrangements may apply from time to time based on operational or business needs
