The Position

  • Provide technical expertise and presales support, including gathering customer requirements, preparing solution proposals, delivering presentations, and conducting product demonstrations, with a focus on HPC and AI project delivery
  • Offer technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with customers to analyze their business and technical requirements, ensuring the delivery of innovative and impactful AI-driven solutions
  • Develop comprehensive technical proposals, product recommendations, and deployment strategies for AI and HPC-related services
  • Coordinate and lead project kick-offs to ensure smooth transitions from presales to service delivery, effectively meeting project milestones
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and driving customer engagement
  • Provide training on AI technologies and solutions to current and potential customers, enhancing their understanding and adoption
  • Continuously explore and propose innovative ideas, strategies, and technologies to enhance service offerings and differentiate from competitors
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in AI development, project management, and HPC, maintaining a competitive edge
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned 
     

The Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or other related disciplines
  • 8 years of experience, preferably in software development, programme or project management, technology innovation, or AI/data-related initiatives
  • Familiarity with AI concepts, technologies, and trends (e.g., large language models (LLMs), analytics, geospatial data)
  • Proficiency in using reporting tools and business intelligence platforms for pipeline management and impact reporting
  • Exposure to and HPC technologies and data processing will be an advantage
  • Experience in AI development, model training, or deployment and/or knowledge of AI programming frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow is a plus
  • Ability to engage credibly with technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences effectively
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and initiatives under tight deadlines
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese including Mandarin
  • Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
