Project Officer (15-month Contract)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and general co-ordination to the managers of Project Development Division;
- Manage the Project Information Management System and other electronic systems such as e-tender and workflow systems for efficiency enhancement of document control and processing;
- Maintain and organize filling system of all correspondences of each project;
- Liaise and coordinate with internal parties, external consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth daily operation; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- University graduate in any discipline or equivalent;
- Relevant experience preferably in project coordination and administration roles;
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with electronic document management systems or workflow tools;
- Well-organized and detail-oriented, with strong coordination and multitasking skills; and
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
