Senior Manager, Advanced Manufacturing

The Position

 

  • Be accountable for clinching, retaining and growing partner companies in InnoParks, covering in multiple advanced manufacturing related industry sectors including but not limited to electronics, artificial intelligence, robotics, and new energy.  
  • Lead and work with different internal and external key stakeholders to support partner companies to set up their advanced manufacturing line in different specific industry theme based buildings in InnoParks, including but not limited to Advanced Manufacturing Centre, Precision Manufacturing Centre, Medical Accessory Resilience Supplies (“MARS”) Centre.
  • Build and execute strategic plans/initiatives aiming to support technology and business development of partner companies
  • Collaborate with relevant key stakeholders and industry associations for building a vibrant advanced manufacturing ecosystem, facilitating new industrialization development in Hong Kong.
  • Lead and manage different communal lab facilities to support the partner companies in InnoParks.
  • Achieve business targets and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

 

The Candidate

 

  • University degree preferably in Science, Engineering or related disciplines.  Postgraduate research degree is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in business development and key account management. 
  • Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered;
  • Extensive network and experience in different advanced manufacturing related industry sectors will be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have the flair to articulate clearly to all levels of people
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
