Senior Manager, Corporate Facilities Management
The Position
1. Site Management & Operations
- Oversee property operations and customer services, delivering comprehensive property and facilities management for prestigious developments within the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) portfolio, including office buildings, commercial facilities, co-living accommodation, and community spaces. Drive operational excellence, smart facilities management initiatives, safety and crisis management programmes, and continuous improvements to enhance service quality, efficiency, and asset value.
2. Strategy, Planning & Leadership
- Provide strategic leadership and expert project management for the planning, coordination, and implementation of smart innovation initiatives, digital transformation programmes, new development projects, renovation works, and enhancement projects. Lead cross-functional collaboration among project, technical, IT, and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and performance targets, and lead strategic studies, market analyses, business proposals, reports, and management documentation to support informed decision-making. Oversee budgets, contracts, procurement activities, and contractor performance to optimize cost efficiency, service quality, operational excellence, and continuous innovation across the portfolio.
3. Prestige Customer Experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, customers, and key stakeholders to foster engagement, address concerns proactively, and enhance community trust and service standards. Oversee service delivery and ensure enquiries, feedback, and complaints are managed professionally and effectively. Assess sensitive and community-related issues and formulate appropriate communication and response strategies.
4. Organizational Effectiveness
- Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational capabilities in managing contractor operations, quality assurance, policy and procedure development, sustainability initiatives, emergency preparedness, risk management, and health and safety compliance. Lead and develop teams to achieve operational objectives while effectively managing multiple priorities, tight schedules, and demanding deadlines.
5. Event Management, Community Engagement & Innovation
- Initiate and lead community events, engagement programmes, sustainability initiatives, and property technology innovations to enhance customer experience, community vibrancy, and portfolio value. Assess community concerns and operational impacts, implement responsive measures, and formulate strategies that support business growth, sustainability goals, and stakeholder satisfaction.
6. Additional Duties
- Perform any other duties and special assignments as directed by management.
The Candidate
- Degree holder in Facilities and Property Management or any other related disciplines
- Holder of professional qualification or eligible to hold the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence is highly preferred
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with Grade-A commercial or large-scale complexes preferred, including at least 8 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
- Sensitive to new trend of facilities management model, Smart facilities and PropTech with ability to identify opportunities, drive and implement changes
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants and contractors to deliver projects on time and in a cost-effective manner.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), with strong business and proposal writing skills preferred
