Senior Manager, Microelectronics (Programme and key account management)

The Position

 

  • Lead and execute different collaboration programmes and initiatives with key accounts, by conducting milestone planning and tracking, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the set objectives, providing regular status reviews and reports, as well as risk and issue management.
  • Promote the collaboration programmes as an end-to-end solution, attracting target top-tier partners to the ecosystem.
  • Identify and engage key enablers to formulate new partnerships and collaborations across the Microelectronics value chain.
  • Develop the overall collaboration programmes strategy to ensure alignment with corporate target outcomes and KPIs.
  • Be accountable for clinching, retaining and growing the key accounts and partner companies in the microelectronics industry.  
  • Keep abreast of all accounts’ R&D and business activities.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

 

The Candidate

 

  • University Degree preferably in Engineering, Science, Communications, Journalism or related disciplines. MBA or Postgraduate research degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience preferably in marketing, business development, account management or programme management.
  • Experience in project or collaboration programme management with key partners gained in the Microelectronics or Electronics Industry will be a definite advantage.
  • Strong in data analysis and ability to summarize data to provide business insights to senior management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have the flair to articulate clearly to all levels of people
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
