Senior Manager, Programme Management (Ideation / Incubation Programmes)

The Position

  • Foster the community growth of the early stage technology startups (in seed / pre-seed stage), with a focus on account management and new initiatives management
  • Participate business assessments on the startup applications submitted to the programmes (Ideation / Incubation Programme)
  • Act as the account manager for the assigned startups, analysing and understanding their business needs and provide insights, guidance and help them to navigate the challenges
  • Build the trust and maintain strong relationships with startup founders and the relevant stakeholders (e.g. co-development partners, mentors, trainers, alumni etc.)
  • Monitor the progress and performance of the responsible startups and provide regular updates and recommendation reports
  • Design and implement new initiatives / strategies to enhance the startup pipeline with better quality to move to the next milestone in its startup journey
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to drive operational excellence
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

 
The Candidate

  • A bachelor’s degree or above in business, STEM disciplines, or other related fields
  • 10 years of working experience in the tech-related industry, preferably in product management, supply chain management, operations, or startup ecosystem
  • Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
  • Relevant domain knowledge in the industry field of consumer electronics, robotics, new energy, semiconductors, is definitely an advantage
  • A proactive and result-driven team player with a keen interest in supporting entrepreneurship and fostering innovation within the startup landscape
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in both verbal and writing in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
