The Position

  • Drive admission process, account management and engagement of therapeutic companies
  • Implement the short-term and long-term of LHT’s strategy to attract high quality companies to build up of a strong and sizable biomedical ecosystem in Science Park with high external visibility
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with all stakeholders of LHT, including but not limited to industry, academia, public organizations, and researchers
  • Promote and manage support programmes for partner companies
  • Plan, coordinate and organize projects from planning to implementation stages including budgeting and promotion (e.g. preparation and development of marketing collaterals including brochures, presentation, website, banner, poster, etc.) with minimum supervision
  • Organize and conduct roadshow, meetings, seminars, conferences and exhibition to support development of LHT’s with related stakeholders
  • Interact with customers to understand their business / technical requirements and develop effective solutions
  • Provide overall administrative and secretarial support including the preparation and management of technical documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures, protocols, flow charts, etc.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
     

The Candidate

  • Master’s degree in molecular biology, cell biology, pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences or related disciplines
  • A PhD degree in cell and gene therapy (CGT)/Advanced Therapy Products (ATP) with related industry experience would be an advantage
  • 10 years of work experience, including 5 years’ experience in therapeutic R&D, manufacturing, QC/QA or account management within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in Good Manufacturing Practice and regulatory environment related to CGT/ATP would be a plus
  • Self-driven and work effectively in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive initiatives to completion
  • Good analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
  • Candidate with less experience will also be considered for Manager, Therapeutics
