The Position

  • Implement readiness builder initiatives that cultivate institutional-grade founders by bridging capacity gaps across product innovation, fundraising mastery, and international expansion
  • Drive the day-to-day operational execution and programme management of flagship initiatives, including Global Boosters, ARENA, and community-led upskill programs
  • Establish robust tracking mechanisms and manage data analytics, and work closely with startup account managers, to monitor startup performance, milestones, and deliver data-backed impact reports
  • Mobilize internal and external stakeholders including mentors, startup alumni, account managers, and equity-driven programs—to smoothly deploy resources
  • Act as the primary strategic deputy to the team in-charge, assisting with cross-functional coordination, resource planning, and program governance
  • Supervise, guide and motivate team members to ensure high-quality deliverables are executed in a timely, compliant, and aligned manner
  • Perform any other operational and project-based duties as assigned

 

The Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, Entrepeneurship, Information Technology or other related disciplines
  • 10 years of working experience preferably in services industry or product development gained from MNCs with multi-location responsibility
  • Proven experience and success in delivering multiple complex service products or projects
  • Exhibit passion for building start-up ecosystem for Hong Kong
  • Excellent leadership and proven ability to work with all level of stakeholders including senior executives in highly-dynamic environments
  • Strong knowledge of start-up development phases and acceleration means
  • Uphold high standards of integrity, professionalism and ethical conduct
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese including Mandarin
  • Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
