The Position

  • Collaborate with the team to develop initiatives that support portfolio companies and facilitate their growth
  • Serve as a primary support for portfolio companies, identifying their needs and connecting them with suitable resources for further development
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of investment opportunities under the guidance of senior staff
  • Assist in portfolio management to ensure compliance with internal requirements
  • Provide administrative support for the Programme e.g. addressing inquiries, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders throughout the application, admission, and subsidy reimbursement processes
  • Collect and verify the completeness and accuracy of documents submitted by applicants
  • Organize and facilitate due diligence, admission, and assessment meetings with applicants and stakeholders
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

 

 

The Candidate: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Science, Engineering or related disciplines or equivalent
  • 3 years of working experience, preferably in an investment bank, financial advisory firm, or venture capital environment
  • Knowledge of financial modelling, market research, and data analysis is preferred
  • Strong team player with a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, organized, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
