Senior Officer, IncuBio (Admin Support)
The Position
- Provide operational and administrative support for the IncuBio Programme (Life and Health Technology)
- Coordinate the application process and panel assessment/milestone meetings including handling applications, inviting assessment panel members and arranging admission panel meetings / milestone meetings, and serving as secretary for key meetings with accurate minutes and follow‑up
- Ensure accurate documentation, proper filing and record-keeping, and maintain appropriate internal controls to support compliance with programme guidelines and internal policies
- Consolidate, monitor, and analyze operational data, and support the preparation of datasets, reports, and materials for management reviews, reporting exercises, and performance tracking
- Handle and respond to programme‑related enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Support programme enhancement initiatives, including process improvement, workflow streamlining, customer experience enhancement, and coordinating and supporting IT system development
- Assist in any other duties as assigned
The Candidate
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Engineering, Science, Information Systems/ DataAnalytics or other related doscipline
- 3 years’ work experience, preferably with funding programme management or business operation/administration
- A self-starter with outgoing personality and positive attitude, organized, result-oriented, strong analytical thinking with planning ability and able to work effectively with different level of people
- Prior exposure in biotech industry is an advantage
- Good track record in process improvement, implementation and enhancement of IT system with knowledge in compliance is a plus
- Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and excellent multitasking abilities
- A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for lower position.
