Senior Officer, IncuBio (Innovation Collaboration for Life and Health Tech)
The Position
- Handle the promotion of the Life and Health Technology ("LHT") track of the incubation programme (“IncuBio") and related partnership initiatives
- Support the execution of co-development / co-incubation / co-creation partnerships in the LHT sectors (therapeutics / medical devices / diagnostics) to facilitate the growth of IncuBio startups
- Assist the team leader in building and maintaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders across industry, academia, healthcare, and innovation ecosystems
- Liaison with IncuBio startups to understand their needs and provide operational and coordination support for co-development / co-creation collaboration opportunities
- Assist in pipeline development and scouting activities jointly with collaboration partners for the IncuBio Programme
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on co-development / co-incubation / co-creation activities, including activity planning, scheduling, logistics, PR support, joint promotion, progress tracking and documentation
- Prepare presentation materials, reports, and basic data analysis for internal reporting and management meetings
- Maintain proper documentation, ensure compliance with internal controls, and support administrative processes related to partnership activities
- Handle other duties as assigned
The Candidate
- A bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Science, biomedical engineering or other related disciplines or equivalent
- 3 years of work experience, preferably with innovation collaboration gained from sizable life and health technology company / healthcare group, or life and health industries
- Prior experience in public relationship or key account management is a plus
- Proactive, outgoing and positive attitude with ability to develop effective relationship and storytelling capability
- Strong coordination skills, with attention to detail and ability to execute multiple tasks
- A reliable team player with strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for Officer position.
