Senior Officer, Marketing (Digital Focus)
The Position
Digital Platforms Management and Content Updates
- Manage the day-to-day maintenance and ongoing development of the digital platforms, namely Corp Site, Mobile App and Digital Screens in the Park;
- Accountable for the content management system, information architecture and content updates of digital platforms;
- Implement on-site SEO, including keyword research, and metadata management, to enhance website search performance;
- Analyse website and other digital performance using marketing tools such as Google analytics, Google Search Console, Google Lighthouse etc. and provide insights to drive continuous improvement;
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process for new features and bug fixes, ensuring all digital deliverables meet quality and usability standards before launch.
Project Co-ordination
- Working with the internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of enhancements to the digital platforms;
- Coordinate with external vendors, UIUX team and content marketing team for website design, content creation and digital asset adaptation;
- Support marketing campaign planning, tracking, and reporting for digital initiatives to maintain backlogs and documentation;
- Assist in the annual budget planning and tracking, and procurement processes
Others
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
The Candidate
- A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration or related disciplines;
- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience preferably in digital project management for web or mobile applications;
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in Content Management System (Sitecore is preferred); familiarity with AI is an advantage;
- Knowledge of HTML & web tracking tools is desirable;
- Keen interest in latest digital trends and technologies;
- Highly organised, attention to detail, and strong execution skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing etc.;
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
