Senior Officer, Partnerships
The Position
- Assist the team in managing and developing a portfolio of corporate clients within the assigned business segments/ target markets, namely Banking and Insurance Vertical
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of business operation and practices, industry dynamics, market trend, innovation needs and translate them into business opportunities
- Organize a range of different events and activities including demo days, industry-based acceleration programmes, business matching, channel sales, etc in order to drive technology adoption for corporate clients (buy side and tech ventures (sell side)
- Analyze business performance, data and reports to identify commercial opportunities, implement change and corrective actions
- Prepare strategic plans for major accounts development as well as prioritize resources to maximize business engagement outcome for senior management review
- Handle overall administrative duties for the team members such as procurement, and documentation preparation for management approvals
- Perform any other duties as assigned
The Candidate
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Communication or other related disciplines
- 3 years experience preferably in account management or sales operation and support in IT industry or Banking and Insurance sector
- Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
- Result-oriented with strong business acumen
- Highly motivated individual who enjoys a challenging and dynamic work environment
- A good team player who is able to deal with all level stakeholders
- Keep abreast of industry technology trends
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Overseas travel is required
