The Position

This role will suport the team in managing and developing a portfolio of Corporate Partners across key business segments such as sustainability, real estate, and the government sector. The appointee will facilitate the strategic engagement, the technology adoption through curated programmes and events as well as commercialization by identifying and converting of business opportunities. Duties include:

  • Assist the team in managing and growing a portfolio of Corporate Partners within assigned sectors
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and innovation priorities
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of Partners' operations, industry dynamics, market trends, and innovation needs
  • Translate insights into actionable business opportunities and partnership strategies
  • Organize and execute a variety of engagement activities including theme-based workshops, business matching sessions and demo days
  • Facilitate meaningful interactions between Corporate Partners (buy side) and Tech Ventures (sell side) to drive technology adoption
  • Support the achievement of commercialization targets by identifying and nurturing business opportunities
  • Handle strategic plans for major account development and prioritize resources to maximize engagement outcomes
  • Analyze business performance data and reports to identify commercialization opportunities
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
     

The Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related disciplines
  • 3 years of work experience, preferably in partnerships, account management, business development, and/or event management
  • A deep understanding of Innovation & Technology industry landscape is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
  • Proactive, outgoing, attention to details and a good team player
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for junior position
