Senior Officer, Programmes Intelligence

The Position

• Handle the preparation of reports and Startups data analysis, such as account profiling, programme status updates, analysis of the questionnaires and surveys results
• Coordinate data compilation for HKSTP Programmes ensuring accurate tracking of Startups record
• Work closely with internal and external IT vendor to support built Programme automation systems and related dashboards
• Provide support to the overall administrative duties including team building activities, budgeting, procurement and documentation to ensure all processes and procedures in compliance with the established guidelines and regulations
• Perform any other duties as assigned

The Candidate

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, Engineering or other related disciplines
• 3 years of working experience, preferably in I&T startup programme or funding scheme execution
• Proactive, detail-minded, highly organised and able to work independently
• Paying keen attention to details and quality together with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint) 
• Excel VBA or MS PowerBI skills are advantages
• Good command of English, Cantonese, Putonghua
• Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
