Senior Officer, Regional Partnerships and Channel Development (6 months contract)

The Position

• Assist in developing local and overseas channel partners to drive commercialization for technology companies in HKSTP
• Handle end-to-end cycle of tech-ventures’ recruitment and community building e.g. answering general enquiries, information collection, due diligence, recruitment logistics arrangement and documentation to report preparation
• Actively engage with the startup ecosystem by participating or organizing events including but not limited to seminars, exhibitions, business matchings and training
• Liaise and coordinate with local and overseas tech ventures, corporates, and channel partners in order to facilitate go-to-market activities for park companies to expand their business footprints
• Initiate potential partnership discussion with international ecosystem builders, chambers, associations, trade agencies
• Conduct research as well as provide administrative and editorial support for event materials
• Perform any other duties as assigned
  
  

The Candidate

• A bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Communication or other related disciplines
• 3 years of work experience, preferably gained from sizeable organisation with overseas exposure
• Result-oriented with strong business acumen
• Highly motivated individual who enjoys a challenging and dynamic work environment
• A good team player who is able to deal with all level stakeholders
• Keep abreast of industry technology trends
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
