Senior Officer, Talent Programmes (1-year contract or contract until 31 Dec 2025)
As part of the growth of the Talent Initiatives team, the Senior Officer will support the team’s daily operations and contribute to our talent programmes, talent events and I&T activities. He/she will work closely with the team to place young talent of diverse backgrounds and experiences into job and internship opportunities at HKSTP’s partner companies. The goal is to inspire young talent to join Hong Kong’s innovation & technology (I&T) ecosystem – and help build Hong Kong into a global I&T talent hub that draws Hong Kong, Mainland and overseas I&T talent.
The Position

Support the planning and execution of talent programmes/ events for students by working closely with HKSTP internal teams, partner companies, universities, and education institutions.

Assist in the entire journey for Talent Programmes/events including but not limited to contents creation, logistics arrangement and post-campaign analysis.

Keep track of expenses, support procurement processes, and handle administrative tasks

Prepare promotional materials, draft social media posts to recruit HKSTP park companies and talents to participate in talent programmes/events.

Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
The Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Multimedia, Journalism, Communications, Languages, Social Sciences, other related disciplines.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in tertiary education, human resources, or youth talent development.

Effective project management and vendor management experience.

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of content creation/social media is an added advantage.

Self-motivated, results-driven, well-organised and detail-oriented, willing to work under a fast-paced environment.

A good team player and quick learner with positive can-do attitude.

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Candidates with less experience may be considered as Officer, Talent Programmes.

Appointment renewal is subject to the availability of project funding and individual performance.
