The Position

We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead smart facilities, digital transformation initiatives across facilities management, leasing, technical services and other functions in the Operations Division. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery, including solution planning, vendor management, implementation, governance, and security to drive operational excellence and business outcomes. Key responsibilitlies are shown below,

Project Leadership & Hands-on Delivery: Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic IT initiatives and systems across the Operations Division. Provide direct, hands-on technical contribution and development support alongside project management duties.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Oversee external technology vendors and system integrators. Manage technical evaluations, procurement processes, service level agreements, and vendor performance.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure all IT projects adhere strictly to corporate security baselines, data privacy standards, and division-level governance KPIs. Drive system architecture reviews and privacy impact assessments.
Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee systems currently hosted on Azure, AWS, and Alibaba Cloud to successfully align with broader corporate IT strategies.
AI Integration & Innovation: Drive the conceptualisation, development, and deployment of practical AI solutions across operations and facility management to meet executive vision and enhance business efficiency.
Change Management: Partner with internal business stakeholders across property and asset management to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions, driving user adoption and minimal operational disruption.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

The Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) are highly advantageous.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT project management and software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior supervisory capacity managing technical teams.
Proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade solutions, preferably within property management, smart facilities, corporate operations, or smart campus environments.
Strong capability for hands-on development and technical troubleshooting. Solid understanding of multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, and Alibaba Cloud), cloud migration methodologies, database governance, and enterprise security frameworks. Experience building and deploying AI-driven solutions or intelligent automation is a strong plus.
Exceptional stakeholder management, cross-functional communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to bridge technical execution with business strategies.
Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese (Putonghua is an advantage).
