Laboratory Manager

The Position

• Oversee the daily operation and staff resources of QCR lab.
• Lead, develop and implement an effective laboratory management strategy, e.g. infrastructure needs (equipment, space and manpower resources), new testing services to support the MicroE companies. 
• Lead, monitor and control internal quality system and internal audit to ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and all related quality standards.
• Perform other duties / tasks as required.

The Candidate

• Bachelor’s Degree or above preferably in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, IC or Semiconductor related disciplines. 
• Minimum 8 years of experience preferably in related industry / manufacturing process and gained in sizable / MNC corporations, with at least 3 years of solid team leadership is a plus.
• Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered.
• Aggressive, dynamic, mature and have a flair for entrepreneurship with astute interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good team spirit and excellent planning, organization and problem-solving skills. 
• A good command of English and Chinese, written and verbal (including Mandarin), with good presentation skills.
