Senior Manager, Advanced Manufacturing
The Position
- Develop and execute engagement programs to drive the acquisition and landing of companies from industries (e.g. electronics, new materials, bio-medical and/or but not limited to other traditional industries) to the InnoPark
- Implement strategic plans and establish collaborative platforms to promote and support the ecosystem development
- Develop and execute engagement plans with industrial companies/associations to build an effective network and pipelines to facilitate the achievement of Division targets
- Co-ordinate with cross functional teams at HKSTP such as operator, partners, and government bodies to formulate effective outreach programs and establish and execute a roadmap to develop a conducive industrial ecosystem in Hong Kong
- Manage the tenant admission process including tender assessment, due diligent review, and report writing
- Engage targeted companies and achieve a high level of clients’ satisfaction through excellent service supervision, timely follow up on enquiries and proactive problem solving to facilitate their set up and growth in InnoPark
- Program management and facility operator(s) management
- Achieve business targets
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
The Candidate
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science or related disciplines, or equivalent
- Master's degree (or above) holder may have an advantage
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience preferrably in business development/product marketing and/or project management; experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing is an advantage
- Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
- Possess strong track record of business development, lead generation and relationships management with companies of different sizes
- Good stakeholder and project management with experience in executing scalable projects
- Result-driven, mature and independent, hands-on and detail-minded
- Fluent in communications in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal; have the flair to articulate clearly to all levels of people
- A strong team player; able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and procedural driven environment
- Candidate with less experience may be considered for the position of Manager
