Senior Manager, Community Engagement
The Position:
- Manage high-quality and influential engagement events and activities to foster a vibrant and engaged community among Science Park mentors, alumni and startups, from ideating, brand positioning, content curating, budgeting, promoting to delivering
- Lead and drive the team to achieve remarkable outcomes and make strategic, timely and decisive directions in a dynamic environment
- Promote HKSTP Incubation and Acceleration Programmes and portfolio companies to the wider community leveraging internal and external resources and networks
- Curate content and manage digital platforms including websites and social media for specific events and programmes
- Perform any other duties as assigned
The Candidate:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or other related disciplines or equivalent
- 10 years work experience in event marketing and management, preferably gained in sizable corporations or MNCs with at least 3 years of solid team leadership experience
- Proven track record in ideating, content curating and managing large-scale and impactful events, and mastering professional, trendy and effective marketing promotional assets
- Strong business sense and thorough understanding of the latest marketing trend
- Strong leadership in tackling challenges, accomplishing remarkable results and growing the team
- Innovative, dynamic, self-motivated, detailed-oriented and is able to work under tight schedule
- Strong industry network with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
