Senior Officer/Officer, InnoCell
The Position
- Handle daily admission application matters including but not limited to dealing with complaints, handling general inquiries (both email and phone call), preparing licence agreements, etc.
- Engage in managing the booking system for reservation and room assignment tasks, process payment and refund arrangements or any other reservation issues
- Conduct and arrange site visits to potential applicants or guests
- Assist in leasing reports and conduct research as required
- Assist and provide on-site support to residents (on-site station may be required)
- Provide administrative support to the team and perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Travel to the site(s) of the service contractor(s) is required
The Candidate
- Diploma or above in Hospitality, Business Administration or equivalent
- 3 years or above working experience preferably in tenancy administration, customer services or operation support; experience in property developer is an advantage
- A strong team player who is responsible, willing to learn, proactive, independent, well-organized and detailed-minded
- Good computer and administrative skills with high accuracy in utilizing large amount of database
- Familiar with hotel property management system (PMS) such as Oasis, Opera is an advantage
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as Officer, InnoCell (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
