YOUTH SPARK Programme 2024
Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corportion (HKSTP) is offering a 7-Day on-the-job learning and experience programme for pre-tertiary students. We provide eye-opening opportunity for the students to take part in various I&T projects.
The interns will have the opportunity to Experience the actual work by job shadowing to a specific business unit, Inspire by Senior Executives on career journey, Learning through a series of workshops and Reflection through a coaching session.
Internship period:
Aug 7-9, 12-15, 2024 (Interns must commit to the full period)

- Young talents with creative minds of all cultural backgrounds
- Ready to embrace into the Hong Kong’s largest I&T ecosystem
- A humble attitude and hunger for learning
- Passion in Innovation & Technology
What do you expect:
- Intensive 7-Day programme with hands-on activities across different functions
- Engage with various business activities through meet ups, events and pitching
- Take part on mini projects to understand more on I&T Industry
- Create social-media contents to promote I&T opportunities
- Provide qualitative feedback on the learning journey
Requirements:
- Participates must be the ages of 16 or above and attending pre-tertiary institution
- Strong intellectual curiosity and learning agility.
